20 years building games people love — from organizing India's first LAN parties and hosting the ESWC 2005, to leading a mobile studio delivering 100M+ downloads and multi-million dollar revenues.
About
I didn't get into gaming — I grew up in it. In 2004 I was organising LAN parties in Delhi and building a community before it was a career. In 2005 I managed and hosted the ESWC (E-Sports World Cup) India. The passion was always there; the profession followed naturally.
I started formally at iEnergizer, quality-testing global MMORPGs for Sony Online Entertainment and THQ — became Employee of the Year in 2005 — then steadily climbed: Release Manager, Assistant PM, Game Producer. By 2010 I was at Gameloft, porting 400+ titles onto first-gen smartphones. By 2012 I was at Reliance Games, building the F2P product practice from scratch: the PM team, the analytics stack, the live-ops tools — years before SaaS alternatives existed. The result: 100M+ downloads and $15M+ in revenue.
In 2016 I stepped back to test myself as a founder. I built Livingit — a community-commerce platform for outdoor enthusiasts — and designed an ML/NLP recommendation engine myself. We hit 100,000 users with zero marketing spend in 6 months. Today, at Nukebox Studios, I lead product, UA, data, and marketing with full P&L ownership. I've also championed studio-wide AI adoption — pushing AI into Art, Design, QA, and Development workflows — which has lifted team output by roughly 50% and reshaped how the studio plans, builds, and ships.
Outside of work I run The Guardians Motorcycling Club in Pune — because some things don't change. I still build communities wherever I go.

SMM — building a new "Interactive Devotion" game category
Led SMM end-to-end, from zero to launch — a devotional mobile game that reimagines daily Hindu ritual practice (Bhakti, Sadhana, Seva) as F2P game systems and LiveOps loops, built around India's Hindu festival calendar. Rather than compete with commerce-first FaithTech apps or entertainment-only games with deities, SMM pioneered a new category: Interactive Devotion — daily habit-forming gameplay paired with real devotional depth. Designed the core loop, the monetization architecture (direct "Offerings" instead of gem abstraction, ad-skips reframed as "Seva"), and the LiveOps calendar mapped to major and minor festival moments.
